How to Prepare Grilled Flank Steak

Brush a baking dish with olive oil and place the steak.

Make some holes in the steak with a knife tip, so the seasonings can penetrate better.

Next, season the flank steak with vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and parsley.

Massage the steak well and let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut them into 4 pieces, season with salt, black pepper, oregano, and olive oil. Set aside.

After 2 hours, remove the steak from the refrigerator and brush with olive oil.

Place the seasoned potatoes around the steak and cover with aluminum foil.

Then, place it in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 40 minutes.
