Melt the chopped dark chocolate, butter, and confectioner's sugar in a double boiler.
Mix well until all the ingredients are combined and remove from heat.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and add 2 tablespoons of the melted chocolate.
Add the remaining chocolate and mix vigorously.
Gently fold in the sifted flour.
Add the beaten egg whites and mix gently.
Pour the batter into a 32x22 cm rectangular baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 10 minutes or until the surface is dry and the interior is moist.
