Add garlic, oil, black pepper, basil, and parsley to a blender.
Blend until the mixture is smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Add salt gradually and mix well.
Note: This seasoning is based on garlic and salt, so it requires a large amount of salt. This also helps preserve the seasoning (stored in an airtight container at room temperature for 15 days, 30 days in the fridge, or up to 6 months in the freezer).
Mix everything well until it's smooth and homogeneous.
Transfer the seasoning to containers and it's ready to use.
