Follow the steps with care and attention
Chop 2 boxes of black Bis chocolate. Set aside;
Alternate black and white Bis chocolate around the mold, with the front of the black Bis facing the mold wall;
Line the bottom of the mold with the chopped black Bis chocolate (set aside), forming the base of the cake;
Spread a layer of ice cream, not too frozen but not too soft;
Make another layer of Bis chocolate;
Finish with a layer of ice cream and brandy cream on top;
Place in the freezer to chill for 3 to 4 hours or until set.
