Follow the steps with care and attention
Open the pastry dough and cut it to the desired size.
Add your preferred filling (e.g. mozzarella, meat, chicken).
Use a brush or your fingers to apply a small amount of water to the edges of the pastry to seal it when closing.
Fold the pastry in half to close the pastry.
Use a fork to press the edges of the pastry to seal it tightly.
Brush the pastry with olive oil to achieve a golden brown color.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 5 minutes.
Arrange the pastry in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
