Here's my friendly, engaging introduction as a food blogger in English:
Hey everyone, I'm so excited to finally share with you all the secret to making perfect pastries in the AirFryer! It seems like every day, I get asked for this recipe, and today I'm happy to walk you through the step-by-step process of how to fry pastries to perfection using this popular kitchen appliance. If you're a fan of crispy, golden treats without the guilt of deep-frying, then you're in luck! In this post, I'll be sharing my tried-and-true method for achieving that perfect pastry texture and flavor.
But don't worry, I'm not stopping there. To give you an even better understanding of the process, I've also recorded a video tutorial that I'll be sharing at the end of this post. So, be sure to stick around until the end to get a closer look at how it's done. I hope you enjoy making and devouring these delicious pastries as much as I do!
Follow the steps with care and attention
Open the dough and add the filling (I used cheese);
Gently wet the dough edges with your fingers or a brush to seal during closure;
Fold the dough in half to close;
Use a fork to press the edges and seal the pastry;
Brush a small amount of olive oil over the pastry for a golden finish;
Preheat the Air Fryer to 350°F (180°C) for 5 minutes;
Place the pastry in the Air Fryer;
Cook for 10 minutes at 350°F (180°C) (time may vary by brand);
Flip the pastry halfway through cooking to brown both sides.
