Follow the steps with care and attention
Beat the eggs and sugar for about 15 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix lightly.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured 25cm pan (or use parchment paper) and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C.
Let it cool and cut into 3 discs.
Gently mix the whipped cream with strawberries and suspiro.
Melt the chocolate with heavy cream in a double boiler or in the microwave.
Mix well and reserve until cooled.
In the same pan where you baked the cake, place a disc of batter, moisten with pure milk (to avoid excessive sweetness) and pour in Mousse 1.
Place another disc of batter, moisten with milk, and add Truffle 2.
Cover with the third disc of batter, moisten with milk, and refrigerate for a few hours to firm up.
Unmold, apply whipped cream, make grooves with a fork, and decorate with suspiro and whole strawberries.
Drizzle with strawberry syrup.
