Follow the steps with care and attention
Beat 3 egg whites until stiff peaks form.
With the mixer still running, add 3 egg yolks and 3 tablespoons sugar. Beat until smooth, about 1 minute.
Turn off the mixer and add 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, and 0.5 teaspoon baking powder, sifted.
Mix gently.
In a greased 35 cm x 20 cm baking dish, spread 1 can sweetened condensed milk evenly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven and invert onto a sugar-dusted cloth.
Roll while still warm and serve immediately.
